A few things agents usually want to know.

• How quickly will I receive my media?

  Photos from shoots completed before 7 PM are delivered the same day. Floor plans are typically delivered the same day or overnight. Video and FPV projects generally take 24 to 36 hours. Some specialty services may require additional time.

• Do I need to be at the property?

  No. Listing Haus Media is an ARMLS Preferred Photographer and has Supra eKEY access, so in many cases we can access the property and complete the shoot without requiring you to be there. If another access method is needed, just let us know.

• How far in advance should I book?

  As soon as you know the property will be ready is always best, but we also know how Real Estate actually works. Sometimes a listing needs to happen quickly. Our booking calendar is synced with our live availability, so what you see is what we currently have open. Don't see a time that works? Call, text or email us. We'll always look for the yes.

• What if the weather isn't perfect?

  Arizona skies don't always cooperate with the listing schedule. When appropriate, we include professional sky replacement to give exterior photos a clean, bright look with natural blue skies and soft clouds. If weather conditions make the shoot impractical or unsafe, we'll work with you on the best option.

• I'm not sure what services my listing needs. Can you help?

  Absolutely. Call us and tell us about the property, the seller and your marketing plan. We'll help you decide what makes sense for the listing. Our goal isn't to sell you everything. It's to help you choose the right media for the job.

• What areas do you serve?

  We serve the greater Phoenix metro area and communities throughout the Valley. Visit our Service Areas for more detail, but don't let a map stop you from asking. We go where the work takes us. If you have a property outside our normal service area, give us a call.

• Can Listing Haus upload my media directly to ARMLS?

  Yes. As an ARMLS Preferred Photographer, Listing Haus Media can upload your completed media directly to your listing, helping remove another step between media delivery and getting your listing to market.

• How is my media delivered?

  Everything is organized inside your dedicated Listing Haus agent portal, giving you one place to access and download your completed media. Your portal keeps your listings and media available long after delivery, so you're not hunting through old emails every time you need something.

• Can I request changes after my media is delivered?

  Of course. If a photo needs a small adjustment or something reasonable needs attention, let us know. Major changes that require another trip to the property may require a new appointment or additional charge. We want you happy with the final product, and we simply ask that revision requests stay reasonable.

• What if the property isn't ready or I need to reschedule?

  Please reschedule. Seriously. We'd rather photograph the property when it's ready than rush through a home that isn't going to show its best. Our live calendar makes it easy to find another available time. Cancellations are generally credited toward a future shoot rather than refunded, with unusual circumstances handled case by case.

• Do you work with Real Estate teams and high volume clients?

  Absolutely. We love working with teams and agents who list frequently. We offer incentives for busy teams and can help create a consistent media workflow across your listings. Contact us and we'll build an arrangement around the way your team actually works.

• How much does Listing Haus Media cost?
